Stripe Payment Gateway
You can use any of the payment types listed below via the Stripe Payment Gateway. It is the same Online Payment Gateway System currently provided by many licensed Financial Institutions. We ship worldwide. Wherever you are, we strive to deliver our products promptly and efficiently.
Shipping Costs and Duties
Customers are responsible for any import duties or taxes that may apply. Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on your location.
Delivery Timeframes
While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, international shipping may be subjected to customs clearance procedures that may lengthen shipping times.
Insurance
Most parcels will have an insurance of RM 200 for delivery within Malaysia, or USD 100 for international delivery. If you would like to add on insurance, please contact us at hello@neverenoughrocks.com for more information on shipping fee with insurance.

We work with reputable international courier services to provide reliable shipping. You will receive a tracking number once your order is dispatched.
Returns and Exchanges
Please be advised that no returns or exchanges are permitted on all orders. We encourage customers to carefully review product details and specifications before completing their purchase.
Open Box / Hold Off Shipping
You can request for us to hold off on shipping your order, to consolidate purchases and save on shipping costs when you buy more than one item. If you want to delay the delivery, please contact us at hello@neverenoughrocks.com within two (2) days of your purchase. We can hold your order for up to three (3) months from the date of your latest purchase.
By placing an order with us, you acknowledge and agree to comply with these international shipping terms and conditions.
*Note: Customers who ship to a Malaysian address will be entitled to FREE Delivery for orders above RM 250.
Refund or Exchange Policy
Never Enough Rocks strictly does not have a change of mind policy as there is only one of each specimen. Customers are advised to double check and confirm all the relevant specifications such as specimen dimension, material and formation prior to placing an order. You can always message us to ask for additional information or just visit our Instagram page @neverenoughrocks to see more video(s) or photo(s).
Can I get a refund if the item(s) delivered is broken during shipping?
We do not provide refunds or returns for items damaged during the shipping process. However, we take utmost care in packaging and shipping your orders and have delivered hundreds of specimens safely all over the world, to USA, Europe, Canada, New Zealand, Taiwan and Singapore with minimal incidents.
What if an incorrect item(s) is being delivered?
During each delivery session, our handlers will perform an overall check on the item(s) delivered prior to sending them out in a good and agreeable condition. Though rare, there is a possibility of an incorrect item being delivered to you. Please contact us at hello@neverenoughrocks.com and we will arrange to send the correct item to you at our earliest, and for you to send the incorrect item back to us.
