Presumably from the El Hammam Mine, which is known for producing most of the fluorite specimens found in Morocco. Despite exhibiting a bigger-than-average single crystal, this specimen is in remarkable condition and has a rather complete growth with minimal damage, making it a good example of the vibrant honey-yellow Morocco fluorite.

The only fluorite mine in Morocco and North Africa, it is named after the mountain where it sits: Djebel el Hammam. Fluorites from this deposit are usually sea-green or bright yellow, and contain an unusually high rare earth element content and are frequently found with sparkly pyrite microcrystals, quartz, or barite.

Immediately distinguishable from its vibrant, golden yellow colours, this Hilton fluorite specimen has a bigger, focal twinned crystal that has a thin, distinctive line of blue zoning.

A sweet little French fluorite with bright lemon yellow colours and multiple fine, light blue zonings. The crystal itself is glassy with good lustre and transparency.

Gorgeous, tricolour La Barre fluorite with yellow to sunset orange phantoms, sharp purple zonings and blue phantoms on the outermost edges. Very glassy and transparent!

A beautiful Illinois corner with saturated yellow, to almost orange colours. The zonings are colourless with a hint of the rarer blue, with purple edges and etchings on the crystal itself. The fluorite specimen is extremely glassy, so much that the zoning is completely see-through. An exceptional specimen from the famous Annabel Lee mine.
