Between 1957 and 1977, the main deposit in Trébas yielded fluorite specimens alongside chalcopyrite, quartz and baryte. Trébas fluorites are usually sky-blue cubic crystals.

RM380A nice example from the Maraval mine, this well-formed specimen is made up of an intricate, neat network of translucent fluorite cubes which contain the characteristic red hematite and black inclusions. Some of the inclusions also grew outside/atop the fluorite crystals like red snow.
